Trauma of Money Personal Pathway
A 15-week program to learn the TOM methods and engage in self exploration to improve your own relationship with money. The TOM Method approaches trauma healing and financial security by decreasing shame and increasing discernment.

COHORT 8 - Spring 2023
Dates and Logistics
Cohort 8 's classes alternate between Wednesday evening PST and Tuesday morning PST.
Start Date: March 8th, 2023
End Date: June 14th, 2023
- Class 1 will start on Wednesday evening via live video conference from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm PST (7:00 pm-10:00 pm EST). Then class 2 will be Tuesday morning at 8am -11am PST (11am - 1pm EST) The classes will alternate between those two times. See below for the schedule.
- The program will run for 17 weeks.
- All classes are recorded and posted in the student portal within the next 48 hours for those that can’t attend live.

Class 3: Wednesday, March 22nd, 4pm - 7pm PST
Class 4: Tuesday, March 28th, 8am -11am PST
Class 5: Wednesday, April 5th, 4pm - 7pm PST
Class 6: Tuesday, April 11th, 8am - 11am PST
Class 7: Wednesday, April 19th, 4pm - 7pm PST
Class 8: Tuesday, April 25th, 8am - 11am PST
Class 9: Wednesday, May 3rd, 4pm - 7pm PST
Class 10: Tuesday, May 9th, 8am - 11am PST
Class 11: Wednesday, May 17th, 4pm -7pm PST
Class 12: Tuesday, May 23rd, 8am - 11am PST
Class 13: Wednesday, May 31st, 4pm -7pm PST
Class 14: Tuesday, June 6th, 8am - 11am PST
Class 15: Wednesday, June 14th, 4pm - 7pm PST
Class 16: Tuesday, June 20th, 8am - 11am PST
Class 17: Wednesday, June 28th, 4pm - 7pm PST
Community Agreement
In order to create a container of responsibility and integrity, we ask that each student read, review, and sign the community agreement. Once you enroll, you will be asked to submit a signed copy of this agreement.
Class Capacity
There are limited spaces for each cohort.
Cohort Community
An important component of TOM involves voluntary sharing, connecting, and listening to different participants of the group. Note that each cohort contains a mix of professional and personal pathway students.
Affinity Groups
Join our smaller groups for connection and expansion in between classes. Students can attend the following affinity groups: Black, Indigenous, People of Colour Group, LGBTQIA2s+ Group, Open Group, and/or Professional Affinity Group.
Annual Renewal Cost - Waived for 2 yrs!
In order to have on-going access to the community and get updated Coaching Materials, there is an annual license renewal fee of $200 but for 2023 cohort, this cost is $0 for 2023, and 2024.

If these options are not accessible, please contact us. We have a limited amount of sliding spots available in addition to our scholarships. We invite you to consider your proximity to power and privilege while realizing that there are a limited number of spots available for financial assistance.

While this course provides psychoeducation about money trauma, TOM is not therapy or a replacement for medical care. The goal of psychoeducation is to share information about how to better understand the impact of mental processes and trauma.

Refund Policy
While we hope that everyone enjoys the course and structure, we understand that it may not be the right time or right fit for everyone. We honor refund requests that are submitted before the 3rd class meeting. Refund requests made after the 3rd class meeting may not be eligible for a refund.
